On request our quality control can do 100% final inspections in order to ensure 100% quality products.
Exacta is also able to guarantee the traceability of every single production batch.
We operate in the automotive sector with zero waste and zero defect objectives. To guarantee this, Exacta can provide the necessary documentation for a PPAP level 3 (PSW, Control Plan, Process Flow, FMEA) as well as statistical checks such as CP/CPK. The experience acquired in this sector has been standardized for the benefit of all other product sectors as well.
